Product Description
Solar PV Module laminator is the key equipment in making the solar PV module from solar cell.
Model:BXM D2787L1 is one online/offline type automatic solar PV module laminator with two stages. One stage is for laminating, the other is for curving.
Cycle time can be 812 minutes according to the different fast EVA.
Laminating area: 8700X2700 mm
Control mode: PLC TOUCHED SCREEN control system.
Heating system: Conductive oil heating system.
Working temperature range: 130180 degree based on Mobil heat transfer oil 605.
Max module size can be 2500 .1400 MM
With the 182 and 210 cell coming, most solar PV module manufacturers are updating their lines to match the bigger size solar PV module using half 182 or half 210 cell inside with max module size 2374 1303 35 mm and max power output: 670W/pcs.
If the height of the plant for the laminator is at least 4.5 meter high, you may also select the double layer laminator to save space.
